Manhattan College ကို The Brothers of the Christian School(De La Salle Christian Brothers) မှ ၁၈၅၃ တွင် စတင် တည်ထောင်ခဲ့သော ပုဂ္ဂလိကကောလိပ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Undergraduateလျှောက်လွှာပေါင်း ၃၄၈၅ လက်ခံရရှိလျက်ရှိပြီး Arts , Business, Education, Health Engineering , Science စသော ဘာသာရပ်များမှာ ထင်ရှားပါတယ်။
